Nameservers control where your domain name points when visitors access it through the web browser.

If you did NOT purchase domain name from us, we are not able to change the nameservers for your domain name, because we are not controlling your domain. You will need to change the nameservers at the place where you registered your domain.

If you purchased your domain from us, then you can quickly and easily change the nameservers for your domain name through the My Domains section in your Client Area using the directions below.

  • Log into the Client Area using your primary email address and your password:
    https://skgold.support/clientarea.php .

  • Click the Domain Names > My Domains link in the top navigation menu.

  • Click the Manage Domain button in the last column of the product table.

  • Click the Nameservers link in the secondary navigation menu.

  • Select the Use custom nameservers radio button.

  • Type the nameservers in the provided fields. Usually, you only need to use the Nameserver 1 and Nameserver 2 fields.

  • Click the Change Nameservers button.

Feel free to open a support ticket through your client area if you have any questions and/or need help.
