Can I view my site even though my DNS haven't propagated yet?

Yes. Please use the external service such as https://hosts.cx/

You will be prompted to enter your the "Server address" and "Website name".

- The "Server address" is our server's IP address which you can find in the email entitled the Hosting Account Information, that has been sent to you after account activation. You can also find the server's IP address in your cPanel under the "Server Information" section.

- The "Website name" is your domain name.

Do not transmit sensitive data such as passwords or any other login information when testing your website via an external service. It is not secure!
