The following procedure applies to generic top-level domains (gTLD) only (.COM .CA .NET .ORG .BIZ .INFO .MOBI). The generic top-level domain (gTLD) registrar transfer procedure goes like this:

1. In the first step please make sure to unlock your domain at the place where you registered your domain. If you don't have access to your Domain account please ask your current registration company to unlock your domain for you.
2. You also need to obtain domain’s Authorization Code (EPP Code) from the current registration company.
3. Visit the following link and follow onscreen instructions:

4. Our domain transfer system will send a confirmation email to the domain's present administrative contact email. If you do not receive such an email within 12 hrs, please inform us by opening a support ticket through your client area.
   If you have a Domain Privacy service enabled with your current registrar, please disable it. Otherwise you can miss our confirmation email.
5. You will need to click on the link contained in the confirmation email to authorize the domain registrar transfer, however if you don’t click on the link in the confirmation email within 5 calendar days to approve the transfer, the transfer will then be automatically rejected.
6. After the transfer request is confirmed we will process the transfer request by contacting the registry who in turn will contact the current registrar about this request.
7. Optional step, depends on your current Registrar - Losing registrar will re-confirm with Registrant/Admin on the transfer. (Registrant/Admin is advised to read the e-mail carefully and act accordingly.)
8. Optional step, depends on your current Registrar - Registrant/Admin reply to losing Registrar’s confirmation email.
